1. Registered Girl Scout adult volunteer. 2. Provided outstanding service to geographic area that furthers the council’s goal. 3. The service goes beyond the expectations for the position. Example: Conducted recruitments and expand Girl Scout opportunities or a delegate to the council annual meeting who significantly enhanced the work of the council. |

1. Registered Girl Scout adult volunteer. 2. Provided outstanding service to two or more geographic areas that contributes to the council’s goals. Example: An individual who directs a successful area - wide day camp or a delegate to the council annual meeting who significantly enhanced the work of the council. |

1. Registered Girl Scout adult volunteer. 2. The candidate is truly outstanding, benefits the total council or GS organization, and is so significantly above & beyond the call of duty. Example: An individual who initiates and successfully manages the extension of GS to underserved populations within the council’s jurisdiction or an individual who influences policy-making at the local and national levels. |

1. Registered Girl Scout adult volunteer. 2. The candidate has received the Thanks Badge. Example: The candidate has continued to service the council or the national organization at the same high level of performance for an extended period. Candidate’s sphere of influence has increased since the receipt of the Thanks Badge. |

1. The candidate is an individual in Girl Scouts serving in an adult capacity as a volunteer. 2. Has given at least 10 consecutive years of adult Girl Scouting, which 5 years is with our council. Example: An individual who has been or is a leader, service unit manager, delegate or trainer that shows a deep commitment to youth. |

For outstanding performance in working with girls, that exceeds the expectation of the position. Example: A leader who goes beyond the regular duties of troop leader. |
Registered Girl Scout adult in a troop serving as a leader or co- leader. Completed appropriate training. |
Nomination form and two endorsements from troop members and/or families. |
Service Unit submits one nomination for every 50 girls in the current year’s membership. |
|
For outstanding service, that benefits the Service Unit and merits recognition. Example: An area product manager who has efficiently promoted, and managed for at least 2 years. |
Registered adult volunteer actively serving the Service Unit in a capacity other than Leader. |

Each Service Unit submits one nomination per 1- 199 girls, two per 200-299, three per 300-399 girls, etc. in the current year’s membership. |
